This is a simple roti jala recipe that taste not only delicious, tasty and very soft, but also the outer skin will not feel dry out even it is left uncovered for hours.
Ingredients:
3 cups of plain flour
3 1/2 cups of water / milk / coconut cream
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil / corn oil
A dash of lemon yellow food coloring
Methods:
1. Blend everything together in a blender until it becomes emulsified.
2. In order to avoid any lumps in the batter, simply sift it using a sieve.
3. Let the batter mixture rest for 5 minutes before starting to cook in a lightly oiled frying pan.
