It consists of alternating layers of coffee soaked Savoiardi biscuits or digestive biscuits (you can choose any of them) and sweet mixture of rich velvety cheese. The sifted cocoa powder together with the shaved chocolate curls are added between layers as both a garnish and a bitter counterpoint to the sweetened cheese mixture.
